USPS Changes Shipping Rates

• The USPS has announced new 2009 shipping prices with rates increasing an average of 5% for Express Mail, Priority Mail, Parcel Select, Parcel Return Service and some international shipping products.
• The rates went into effect January 18.
• Price changes for mailing services, including stamp prices, will be announced in February and will be effective in May 2009.
